Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
  • Some items may not be eligible for return (see exclusions below)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Return an Item

Log in to Your Account

Go to your Orders page and select the order containing the item you want to return.

Request a Return

Click on "Request Return" and select the item(s) you wish to return. Provide a reason for the return.

Ship the Item

Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to ship the item back.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
  • It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund
